              The Complainant  is present. He filed application and purshis stating that the matter between the parties amicably settled out of the Court.  The  Complainant  want to withdraw the complaint.  The said application is allowed. Hence we pass following order :-

1. The CC/33/2023 stands withdrawn.
2. No order as to costs.
3. The  Certified copy of this order be furnished to both the parties  free of cost.
4. The member sets (if any) shall be returned to the Complainant. In case, Complainant fails to collect the said sets within a period of 30 days from the receipt of copy of order, the same may be destroyed.
