None present for the complainant. Shri Chinmay Apte-Advocate for the Opponent is present.

On perusal of file, it appears that on 24^th August, 2023, Shri Makrand Pundlik-Complainant No.1 was present along with Shri Prashant P. Mulye-Advocate.  He had filed application for withdrawal of the complaint. The same was taken on record and kept for further orders.  As per the application, it appears that the complainant and the OP have settled their dispute amicably out of the Commission.  Hence, he does not want to proceed further in the complaint and he may be permitted to withdraw the complaint.  The complainant had admitted the contents and signatures on the application for withdrawal. The same has been verified and confirmed by our predecessors.  The application filed by the complainant is allowed.

In view of the submissions and the application for withdrawal, the complaint stands disposed of as ‘withdrawn’. 

No order as to costs.
