3.       Videocon D2H Limited, Customer Care Centre, SCO 107, Sector 7,      Karnal, through its Authorized Signatory/Person Sumit Gupta.

          Today, the case is fixed for appearance of the complainant and for further proceeding. At this stage, Complainant made a separate statement that due to his family circumstances, he is unable to pursue with the present complaint; hence, he withdraws the same.

           Heard.  In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present Complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
