Since first sitting of this Commission matter was called on several times. Ultimately at 1:45 p.m. complaint matter was lastly called on and complainant is found absent and none appears for the complainant. Even complainant did not file show cause as directed. It seems that complainant has lost his interest to proceed with the case.

So, there is no need to proceed further and thus, instant case is dismissed for default.
