Letter no.2047 dated 6^thJuly 2020 has been received from the Hon’ble Member, Uttar Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Lucknow, for extending the date for disposal of the appeal no. 2380 of 2000 pending before the State Commission, as a result of the disposal of the revision petition no. 2819 of 2016 by this Commission vide order dated 01.09.2017. This Commission had requested to expedite the disposal  and to dispose it preferably within six months. More than two years beyond six months have already passed. It is now requested that the State Commission should dispose of this appeal as quickly as possible. Copy of this order be sent to the State Commission as well as to the parties.

        The letter of the Hon’ble Member has been given MA no. 234 of 2020 by the Registry of this Commission and the same stands disposed of.
