Present: Sh.P.K.Sharma, Adv. for complainant.

           

                  Today the case is fixed for consideration on the application but the ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that due to some technical defect he wants to withdraw the present complaint with the liberty to file a fresh complaint and his original documents may be returned.

            Heard.  In view of the statement made by the ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file a fresh complaint if so advised. Exemption of time spent before this Forum is granted in terms of the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in case titled as “Luxmi Engineering Works vs. PSG Industrial Institute (1995) III SCC P.583”. However, the Assistant is directed to return the original documents if any available on the record to the complainant after taking the photocopy of the same on the file.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
