Complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs. Photocopy of the compromise deed Annexure CX placed on file. In view compromise, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same. Said statement has been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.
In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
