                   Miscellaneous Application No.1635 of 2024 has been filed in the registry of this Commission on 15.10.2024. Through this MA; prayer has been made that arrears of installments be paid by OP No.1 directly to opposite party No.2. In this regard, learned counsel appearing on behalf of appellant has invited our attention to orders dated 26.10.2021 and 27.08.2024 passed by this Commission. Mr. Abhishek Kathuria, Advocate appearing on behalf of opposite party No.1-HDFC Bank has pointed out that he along with OP NO.2 is corresponding with complainant towards ensuring compliance of this Commission’s orders referred above. Complainant is required to fill certain online form. It is urged that all pending arrears would be deposited strictly in terms of this Commission’s orders as referred above for which complainant should fill required form. This Commission on analyzing rival contentions is of the opinion that flow of its orders dated 26.10.2021 as well as dated 27.08.2024 cannot be frustrated in any manner. Miscellaneous Application No.1635 of 2024 is now disposed of with strict direction to opposite party No.1; ensures meticulous compliance of above orders and these must not be any default in that context, in future too, during the pendency of this complaint.

                    Let, matter be now posted for 24.01.2025 for recording evidence of opposite parties.

                   It is further directed that any of the party to this lis can apprise this Commission above compliance of this order on adjourned date.
