Dated the 9th day of March, 2012 ORDER The respondent handed over to the authorized agent of applicant-complainant new Qua Fresh Reva RO Water Purifier and also paid Rs.2500/- in cash as compensation & litigation costs and in turn, the authorized agent of applicant-complainant handed over old water purifier to respondent. The authorized agent of applicant-complainant has withdrawn the execution application as fully satisfied; vide separate statement recorded on the execution application itself. The execution application is dismissed as fully satisfied. However, it is made clear that the new Water Purifier will carry the guarantee or warranty of six months from today onwards.
