1. Varun Electronics, Basement 135, Kunjpura Road, Karnal through its prop/partner/authorized signatory.

2. M/s Tekcare Inida Private Limtied, 15 km. Stone, Aurangabad-Paithan Road, village Chitegaon, Taluka Paithan, Aurangabad-431105, Maharashtra, India through its authorized signatory.

                     Complaint u/s 12  of the Consumer Protection Act.

                   Shri Mohit Sachdeva Advocate for opposite parties.

                  

ORDER:

                   Learned counsel for opposite parties made statement that the opposite parties would get checked the refrigerator of the complainant through Area Service Manager and if any defect would be found the same would be got removed free of costs including replacement of any part and further warranty of six months extended in respect of the refrigerator of the complainant.

                   Thereafter, complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint in view of statement of learned counsel for the opposite parties.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the opposite parties and complainant the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having being compromised. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
