Present :-          Shri Naveen Kumar complainant in person.

                     Shri Varun Sharma advocate for Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd./OP-2.

                    In view of separate joint statement of Shri Naveen Kumar complainant and Shri Varun Sharma advocate learned counsel for opposite party no.2 of even date, the opposite party no.2 is directed to pay a sum of Rs.22,000/-(Rupees twenty two thousands only) to the complainant within 30 days from today as full and final settlement of the dispute. In default of payment in time the opposite party no.2 shall be liable to pay interest @9% per annum from today till actual realization of the amount.  

Copy of order be given dasti and file be consigned to record.
