Case called out repeatedly. Parties are absent. It appears from perusal of the office report that, the complainant has not taken steps in compliance of the order dated 05/12/2017. It also appears from perusal of the record that, he was absent on 19/12/2017 and 22/12/2017 also. The complainant has failed to adduce required evidence therefore, there is no justification for further proceedings in this case. The case is liable to be dismissed.
