                        After the intervention of the Bench both parties have arrived at settlement whereby OP shall pay a sum of Rs. 11,000/- as full and final settlement to the complainant for which complainant has also given his consent. OP is directed to make the payment within 30 days from the date of order.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
