             Ms. Rajni Bhasin, learned counsel for the appellant.

            As per order dated 10.012024, receipt of pre-deposit u/s 41 of C.P.Act was to be furnished within two weeks.

           But the same has not been furnished by the appellant till date.  Counsel for the appellant has filed an application on 24.01.2024.

           In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 10.01.2024, without further reference to the Bench.
