Narinder Kumar Ahuja vs. Varinder Singh.

Present:    None for complainant.

                               

                This complaint has been called several times since morning, but the complainant has failed to appear either in person of through his Advocate before this Forum up to 3:45PM. The applicant is local resident. Further wait is unjustified.  However, the complainant has also failed to file postal charges.  Non appearance of complainant either in person of through any Advocate shows that he is no more willing to prosecute this complaint.  Complaint is dismissed on account of default in appearance on the part of the complainant.  File be consigned to the record.
