          The revision petitioner is the opposite party/Insurance Company in OP.1114/04 in the file of CDRF, Thrissur.  The order sought to be revised is that of the Forum dismissing the IA seeking to refer the case to civil court.    It is submitted that the matter in dispute is regarding the liability of the opposite party with respect to the insurance claim consequent to the injuries sustained to the left eye of the complainant.  The dispute   is as to the extend of disability

          2. We find that the Forum has got jurisdiction in this matter.  Hence, the order of the Forum is fully justified.  There is no scope for admitting the revision.  The revision petition is dismissed in limine.

          Office will forward the copy of this order to the Forum urgently.
