Dr. Pawan Sharma Vs. Vardhman Electronics & Ors.

 

Present:       Shri Prem Sagar, Advocate for the complainant.

                                                         

                   Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to technical defect and withdraws the same. He also prays that permission may be granted to file fresh complaint before the appropriate authority. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
