          Opposite party failed to file reply and pay conditional costs.Herd.Perused. Complainant has place on record schedule of payment. As per the schedule of payment total price of the Flat is Rs.37,59,600/-. Hon’ble National Commission in order dated 07.10.2016 passed in appeal no.644/2015 titled ParikshitParashar V/S M/S Universal BuildwellPvt.Ltd. and othersheld that for the total value of the flat is to be seenFor the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction.

          Therefore, in view of law laid down by the Hon’ble National Commission inParikshitParashar’s case (supra) this forum has not pecuniary jurisdiction to decide this complaint.

          Therefore, complaint is returned to the complainant for presentation before the competent forum of jurisdiction. File be consigned to record room.
