                                              Raj Kumari   Vs M/s Shree Vardhman Etc.

Present:      Sh. Rajan Kumar Rasina, Advocate for complainant.

                    Power of attorney on behalf of ops filed. Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint due to technical defect and permission may be granted for filing fresh complaint before appropriate authority. In view of the statement of a learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the permission to file fresh complaint. The time taken during these proceedings before this Forum shall be exempted in view of provision under section 14(2) limitation Act. Original documents be returned as per rule. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
