                   File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.

2.                On the last date of hearing, i.e. 03^rdMay, 2023Mr.Ajiteshwar Singh, Advocate has appeared and filed power of attorney on behalf of opposite parties.      Along with power of attorney, he also submitted Settlement Agreement taken place between both the parties way back on 05^th December, 2022.

3.                Today, Reader of the Court attached with this Bench also get the requisite instructions by making a call on the cell phone of Mr. Raj Vijay Rohlania, counsel for the complainant, so as to ascertain about this development. Mr. Raj Vijay Rohlania, counsel for the complainant has ascertained that he is satisfied with the development made by learned counsel for Judgment Debtor-opposite party.

4.                In view of the above-mentioned development and as per the telephonic instruction received from Mr.  Raj Vijay Rohlania, counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

5.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

6.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
