Complaint is rejected, on the ground that, the Karnataka State Co-opertative Housing Federation, is not made a party to this complaint. The complainant is at liberty to serve a notice or approach the Federation seeking proper reliefs, and thereafter he is at liberty to proceed according to law. Parties to bear costs. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P.
