ORDER

Complaint is allowed. The bill claiming arrears of Rs.6,580/- is quashed. The O.P. is directed to raise a fresh bill for the period from 19-12-01 till date, at applicable minimum charges only, for the entire period. The O.P. shall also calculate interest for such charges at applicable rates and issue a fresh demand bill within 15 days from the date of this order. The complainant shall pay such bill within 15 days thereafter. It shall be the responsibility of the complainant to visit the O.P.'s office and obtain the fresh bill. If the O.P. fails to issue a fresh bill within the time frame above mentioned, then the entire arrears shall be recovered from the O.P. personally and adjusted towards the complainant's arrears. If the complainant fails to pay the arrears within the time frame above mentioned, the O.P. shall disconnect the water supply immediately and proceed fro recovery of dues in the normal course. Send the copy of this order to O.P. by RPAD and to the complainant under C.O.P.
