ORDER

Advocate for the J.Dr. has filed an affidavit of the present president of the opponent party society submitting that the present president has taken charge of the affairs of the opponent society as president on 22.11.2006 and after he assumed charge of the opponent society, he has not given scope for disobedience of order of this Forum and therefore has prayed for condoning their acts or omissions. Having regard to the facts sworn by the present president, we feel that an opportunity to the incumbent could be afforded by warning them that they shall not give any scope for disobedience of the order of this Forum. With this the execution is closed.
