Complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint, seeking refund of amount, interest, damage etc., on the ground of non-compliance of the order. 2. If complainant feels it necessary, he can file an application for transferring the execution for recovery of Rs.2,000/- from the o.p. under section 25(3) of the C.P. Act, 1986.
