ORDER

Counsel for the complainant and the opposite party have filed a joint memo, in which the complainant has agreed to pay the balance sital value of Rs.39,000/- to the op on which the society has agreed to execute the title deed in favour of the complainant and thereby has prayed for disposed off the complaint accordingly. Hence, we pass the following order:- ORDER 1. The complaint is allowed, on the complainant paying or depositing the balance sital value of rs.39,000/- to the opposite party, the opposite party shall execute title deed in respect of the allotted site at his cost. 2. Office to address a letter to the Sub-Registrar concern for admitting the execution of the sale deed of site in question. 3. Both the parties to bear their own costs. 4. Give a copy of this order to both the parties according to Rules.
