In pursuance of a move for settlement of the claim of the complainant, the counsel representing the Opposite party submitted that the Opposite party will allot an available site in Nadahanally Layout. Accordingly today he has filed a memo allotting site NO.97 of Nadanahally layout measuring 20’ x 30’ infavour of the complainant even by enclosing allotment letter.The complainant and her counsel are present and they have agreed to take the allotment of site No.97 as indicated in the memo filed by the counsel for the Opposite party and they are in receipt of allotment letter also and they submit for a direction to the Opposite party to refund the excess amount laying with them. In view of the allotment of site no.97 of Nadanahally layout measuring 20’ x 30’, the Opposite party shall execute the title deed and register it at the cost of the complainant within 15 days from today at her cost and he shall also refund the excess amount laying with them to the complainant within that time. With this, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.Parties to bear their own costs.Office to issue letter to the Sub-Registrar concern to accept the presentation of the title deed in respect of site No.97 of Nadanahally layout and register the document as per law.
