ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p. is directed to correct the mistakes committed in issuing bills to the complainant and serve revised bills for the disputed period. It is further directed to replace the faulty meter with an efficient one and adjust the excess amount paid by the complainant towards the future bills. This order shall be complied with within a period of 30 days from the date of its receipt by the o.p Failing which the complainant is at liberty take out execution proceedings and recover the entire amount in a lumpsum.
