ORDER

Compalint is allowed. The bills claimed by the O.P. from the month of March 2001 uptill now are hereby quashed. The O.P. is directed to accept minimum amount of Rs.45/- p.m. with service charge of Rs.2/- for every two month from March 2001 uptill now by issuing a provisional bill. No interest shall be charge on such bill. The complainant shall purchase a new meter with proper caliberation within one month from receipt of this order and submit the same to the O.P. with proper testing within 15 days from the date of such production. The O.P. is at liberty to record the average consumption for a period of next six months and if it is found that the consumption charges are more than the minimum amount paid by the compainant, the O.P. is st liberty to submit a final bill accordingly. Parties to bear their own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under certificate of posting.
