              Pusha Rani  Versus   Vandna Communication

 Present:  Decree Holder with Sh. Sushant Aggarwal Advocate.

ORDER:                     

               At this stage Sh. Shekhar Kapoor Advocate has filed power of attorney on behalf of Jd. The Decree Holder Has also made a statement that she has received the mobile phone duly repaired form the JD alongwith Rs.10,300/- which is transferred in my SBI bank account online. Nothing is due against the JD Her statement  has been recorded in this regard separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the Decree Holder,  the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been fully satisfied. The file be consigned to the record room due compliance.
