 Present:      Sh.R.K.Jangra Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh.Kunal Juneja, Advocate  for OP No.2.

                   OP No. 1 & 3 already exparte.

                   Ld. counsel for OP No.2 has made a statement that he is ready to pay Rs.2800/- in lieu of Bluetooth headset to the complainant within 45 days subject to deposit of headset to the company.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly and has stated to withdraw the same.

                   In view of the statements made above, present complaint is hereby disposed of with direction to the complainant to deposit the headset in question with the company and opposite party No.2 to pay Rs.2800/-(Rupees two thousand and eight hundred only) to the complainant within 45 days from the date of decision towards full and final settlement of the case. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                    File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
