ORDER

At the time of arguments, Sh.Vaibhav Jain, respondent No.1 showing grace has agreed to withdraw his original complaint (in District Forum), filed against the appellant and another Company. He stated that his concern was only to show mistake committed by the Opposite Parties and he was not interested in getting any compensation.

                   We appreciate the gesture shown by Sh.Vaibhav Jain, respondent No.1.

                   He has shown his grace to say that original complaint is ordered to be withdrawn. To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite.

                   In view of above, we allow Sh.Vaibhav Jain, respondent No.1 to withdraw his complaint (in District Forum), against which, this appeal has been filed. In consequent thereto, the judgment, under challenge, goes and will not have any effect so far as inter-se rights of the parties are concerned.

                   Hence, this appeal stands disposed of.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
