          This is a revision petition wherein prayer is made for setting aside order dated 12.03.2017 passed by District Forum-Central, Kashmere Gate in CC No.416/16 by which the right of petitioner/OP to file written statement has been closed. 

 

          Counsel for respondent is present.

 

          It is stated on behalf of respondent/ complainant that respondent/complainant has no objection if one opportunity be given to petitioner/OP for filing the written statement subject to costs.

 

          With the consent of respondent/complainant, we set aside the aforesaid order and give an opportunity to petitioner/OP for filing written statement before the Ld. District Forum subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to respondent/complainant. Now matter is listed before the Ld. District Forum on 13.02.2018. 

 

          On the said date petitioner/OP shall pay the costs to the respondent/complainant and file its written statement.  Thereafter Ld. District Forum shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.

 

          Copy of the order be sent to the District Forum for information and compliance.

 

          File be consigned to Record Room.
