This complaint is coming on for final hearing before us in the presence of called absent Advocate for the complainant and called absent Sri P.Appala Naidu Advocate for the opposite party having stood over for consideration, the Forum made the following:-

                                       O R D E R

       This matter was remitted back for fresh disposal by the A.P.State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad and the parties were directed to appear before this Forum on 24.01.13 without insisting for any fresh notice and the Forum was directed to dispose of the matter as early as possible.  The parties did not evince any interest to prosecute this matter.  As seen from the material placed on record the parties to this case made claims and counter claims but they did not show interest to get the matter disposed off expeditiously.  Since several adjournaments the parties and their counsel did not appear before this Forum.  It seems that they are not interested in this case.

        Hence, the complaint is dismissed.
