          Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties  to pay a  sum of Rs.75,000/- towards compensation and mental agony and to repay a sum of Rs.7,000/-  and cost of the complaint to the complainant.
