The counsel for the complainant and counsel for the Opposite party have filed a joint memo, wherein they have stated that the complainant had filed this complaint against the Opposite parties for allotting site no.156 of Nadanahalli layout, measuring 30’ x 40’. The Opposite party concedes the entitlement of the Opposite party, but substitute that site measuring 30’ x 40’ are not available in that layout instead of they are prepared to allot site no.99 measuring 20’ x 30’ of the same layout. The counsel for the complainant has agreed for allotment of site measuring 20’ x 30’; with this both parties submit for disposal of the complaint accordingly. In view of the memo we pass the following order:-ORDER1. The complaint is allowed.2. The Opposite party shall allot site no.99 of Nadanahalli Layout measuring 20’ x 30’ in favour of the complainant within 15 days from the date of this order, failing which they shall pay Rs.500/- p.m. from the date of this order till the date of allotment and execute a sale deed.3. Office to send intimation to the concerned Sub-Registrar for accepting the registration of the documents pertaining to site no.99 of Nadanahalli layout.4. Parties to bear their own costs.5. Give a copy of this order to both the parties according to Rules.
