It is stated by Ms. Sunena Chaudhary, vice counsel, that she has been authorized by Ms. Shamita Sharma,Adv original Counsel for the complainant, to appear in the Forum today on her behalf. She has further stated that the parties to the complaint have compromised the matter outside the Forum, copy of which is Annexure A-1 and now the complainant does not want to pursue this complaint further, hence the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Statement to this effect of Ld. Vice counsel for complainant recorded and placed on file.

In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for the complainant and compromise deed Annexure A-1, the complaint in hand i.e. titled as Honey Jain Versus V.V.K. Mobile House etc. is dismissed as withdrawn. The file after its due completion be consigned to the record room.
