The complainant called absent. A notice was sent to him earlier for appearance but it was returned in served with  endorsement “no such person” . The JDr are absconding , NBW were returned unexecuted . The case was posted earlier for furnishing correct adders of JDRs by the DHR/ complainant . But so for no steps were taken by him. In the circumstance the PP is closed.
