Final Order / Judgement

The complainant called absent. A notice was sent to him earlier for appearance but is was returned in served with endorsement no such person the are absconding nbw were returned in served with endorsement “no such person”. The JDR are absconding , NBW were returned unexecuted. The case was posted earlier for furnishing correct adders of JDRs by the DHr. But so for steps were taken by him . In circumstance the PP is closed.
