ORDER

11.09.2009 Stage : Orders. ORDER ON THE COMPROMISE PETITION The complainant has filed the complaint against the opposite party, seeking a direction to execute registered sale deed in respect of site No.43 measuring 30’ x 40’ situated at Nandanahalli Extension, Mysore. When the case was posted for filing version, both the parties have compromised the matter and present compromise petition is filed, signed by both the advocates and the parties. The parties admitted the terms of the compromise. Hence, in the interest of justice, the said compromise petition is allowed. It is hereby ordered that the opposite party shall execute a registered sale deed in respect of site No.43 measuring 30’ x 40’ at Nadanahalli Extension, Mysore at the cost of the complainant within a month from the date of this order. By the order dated 12.04.2007 in Exe.Cri.57/07, this Forum has directed the Sub Registrar, Mysore, North Taluk not to register any site of the J.Dr. society formed in Hebbal and Nandanalli Extension. Considering the compromise and the submission made, the said order is hereby relaxed, so for concerned to the D.Hr. and the Sub-registrar is permitted to register the site No.43 measuring 30’ x 40’ at Nandanahalli Extension in favour of the complainant. The complaint is disposed as compromised. There is no order as to cost. Give a copy of this order to both the parties according to Rules.
