ORDER

Common judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today in CD/219/2001. Complaints are allowed. 2.Opposite party is directed to allot sit measuring 40 X 30 to the both complainants as per the seniority to be fixed on the basis of date of last full payment. The opposite party shall allot the sites within 2 monts from the date of receipt of the records from the authority. 3.There is no order regarding cots. 4.Keep original order in CD/219/2001 and copy in CD/220/2001. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P.
