This appeal has been filed by the Appellant / 4th Opposite party to set aside the order dt.22.10.2019 made in C.C. No.03/2014 passed by the District Consumer Commission, Dharmapuri @ Krishnagiri and has come before us on 22.02.2023 before us and this Commission made the following Order in open court:
