This appeal has been filed by the  Appellant / 4th Opposite party to set aside the order dt.22.10.2019 made in C.C. No.03/2014 passed by the District Consumer Commission, Dharmapuri @ Krishnagiri and has come before us on 22.02.2023 before us and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

Appellant/ 4th Opposite party present.  

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the Counsel for the appellant/ 4th Opposite party has made an endorsement on the Grounds of Appeal and stated that since the matter has been settled between the parties, he is withdrawing the present appeal.

In view of the endorsement made by the appellant / 4th opposite party, he is permitted to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.   No order as to costs.

The appellant / 4th opposite party is entitled for the Mandatory deposit.   Hence, the Registry is directed to discharge the mandatory deposit along with accrued interest in favour of the appellant / 4th opposite party.
