ORDER

The counsel for the Complainant and 1st Opposite party submitted that the Complainant and 1st Opposite party have arrived a settlement and therefore are filing a joint memo and to record the same. As per the joint memo filed by both the parties, the 1st Opposite party handed over the RC book of the Complainant to him and as damages for the delay he has tendered a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Complainant. The Complainant who is in person reports the receipt of Rs.5,000/- and also original RC book and thereby both submits dispose of the Complaint in accordance with the joint memo filed. Hence, the joint memo is accepted and the Complaint is disposed off as per the joint memo.
