ORDER DATE-05/02/1997. The 1st respondent is here by directed to refund the amount of Rs.1,500/- with interest at 12% p.a. on the said amount from 30-8-95 till payment to the complainant . Further the 1st respondent is also directed to pay a compensation of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant. The 1st respondent shall comply the above direction within one month from the date of the receipt of this order. The case against the 2nd respondent is dismissed. Sd/- B.S.Shambu, President.
