             Neelam Versus   V.K.Trading Com and another.

 Present:  Sh.Pardeep Kalra Advocate for the complainant.

              Sh.Rajan Chawla Advocate for OP No.2.

              None for the OP No.1.

 

ORDER:                     

              At this stage, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that the Op No.2 has issued No Dues Certificate, so he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same. His statement has been recorded in this regard separately.

2.        In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having fully satisfied. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
