                 Complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for a direction to the opposite party  to register the plot 70 & 71 of Kuberan City with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-  towards hardship and mental agony  and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- for deficiency of service  and also to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards litigation expenses  to the complainant.
