The Complainant, the learned counsel for the Op are present.
The learned counsel for the Op tended a cheque to present to the Complainant in the open forum for an amount of Rs.2,72,053/- (crossed cheque) bearing no.680551 dtd.10.01.2018 towards full and final settlement of the entire claim. The said cheque is duly accepted by the Complainant in our presence. The learned counsel for the Op submits that, this amount is due to be paid to the Complainant in respect of the interest amount against the principle sum. It is also submitted that the principle sum is already paid to the Complainant for which she has acknowledged the same. On being asked the Complainant, submits that, she has received entire amount including interest and prays to close the matter, her submission is recorded. In this context, we do not find any impediment to allow the memo filed by Op as the Complainant fully satisfied with the amount, hence passed the following.
ORDER
The Memo filed by Op is allowed. The Complainant has received Rs.2,72,053/- through cheque bearing no.680551/10.01.2018 towards full and final settlement of the entire claim, accordingly this case is disposed of as settled.
Both parties are directed to bear their own cost.
