An application has been filed jointly signed by the parties on 09.11.2022, stating that the dispute between the parties has since been settled. Old bike of consumer will be taken by the VD Autowheels and adjust an amount of Rs. 50,000/- in the price of new bike. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
