THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to replace the battery free of cost and also to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- as damages and mental agony.

        Both complainant and the opposite party has not filed any proof affidavit for long time.  Both complainant and opposite party called absent for long time.  Hence it is treated that both parties have no proof affidavit and the complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
