            This Revision Petition was admitted on 16.11.2005.  Notice was ordered to be issued, which was received back with the report that at the given address the respondent was not present.  Fresh Notice was ordered to be issued on 22.8.2006 for 16.3.2007.  Petitioner did not furnish the fresh address.  This case had come up on 19.3.2009.  Petitioner had not filed the fresh address by that date of hearing.  On a request made by counsel for the petitioner, one more opportunity was given for filing fresh address of the respondent.  Office has reported that the counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the fresh address of the respondent.  Counsel for the petitioner seeks one more opportunity to do the needful, which is declined.  This case is being adjourned for filing of fresh address, which has not been supplied by the counsel for the petitioner.  Dismissed for non-prosecution.
