The Complainant’s Director Shri. Pratapchandra Rungta is present in person and the Representative of the Opposite Party Gyansing is present.  The Opposite Party handed over Cheque of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the Complainant. The Complainant has endorsed that he does not want to proceed further in this complaint.  The complaint is disposed of with no order as to cost.
